JANUARY 2010
Apologies for the lack of updates last year, this year I will be updating more frequently and attending a few more shows. So watch this space....... The biggest news to celebrate in January is that our homebred Zeus - Sylbert Emperor Ridge at Sancholees, gained his 3rd CC in the UK, making him a UK Champion, this is the first Champion I have bred and luckily I was there when he gained his crown. Paul and Kirsty have done a wonderful job with him and I'm sure he will be awarded many other accolades.

January 2009
Manchester Championship Show and the first show that has qualifications for Crufts 2010.
We had an exceptional day with Darby getting third in Junior Bitch, and more exciting Bo, gained 2nd in Open Bitch and awarded her Stud Book Number so qualification to Crufts for life!
Our friend Judith Meakin also had a fantastic day with her handsome boy Darcy winning Limit Dog, then going on to gain the Dog CC and then BOB! Well DONE!
We stayed for the working group, although he was shortlisted he bowed out gracefully.
Darcy's mum is from our bloodline, his mother is Sylbert Steadfast Sapphire, so and excellent day out all round!

We had a great day with our offspring doing very well.
To start the day Khan, Sylbert Hudsons Bay At Tibetandream came Third in Minor Puppy Dog, this gives him his qualification for Crufts 2009 at 8 months this is a great achievement. Well done Kate you are doing a great job.
Zeus - Sylbert Emperor Ridge At Sancholees received First in Junior Dog and went on to receive Reserve Best Dog CC at 17 months old, this is fantastic. He is a wonderful dog, his temperament and loving ways are a credit to Paul and Kirsty who own him. He is always immaculately presented and a credit to the breed. Thanks to the many people there who passed so many wonderful comments on how wonderful Zeus is developing, long may he continue to do so.
Kyrie - Sylbert Mount Victoria at Kensalroag owned by Judith Dawe came second in Minor Puppy Bitch, well done to them, your hard work is paying off.
Our own little girl Darby - Sylbert Cathedral Mountain received a fourth in Minor Puppy Bitch, and Bo - Sylbert Bow River came third in Junior Bitch and also her qualification for Crufts 2009. Many thanks to Paul for working so hard and making such a good job of showing our girls.

So all our offspring showing on the day were placed, our thanks go to the Judge Mrs Joan Rushby for thinking so highly of our babies.
Also many thanks go to Anita and Nigel Holliday for letting us use their Stud Dogs, Zak and Shadow, who with our bitches Grace and Phoebe have given us such wonderfull offspring.
Well done to all other dogs showing on the day. Everyone seemed to enjoy the day even though the grounds were water logged inside and outside the tent!
